1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and nagg88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nagg88 website at nagg88.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the nagg88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the nagg88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously placed through your nagg88 account settings.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of nagg88 or any of its affiliated service providers.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the nagg88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by any individual, regardless of the method used, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. nagg88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any balance or winnings accumulated across those accounts in the event that multi-accounting is detected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nagg88 account credentials, including your username and password. nagg88 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify nagg88 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your password has been compromised, or that any unauthorised transaction has been made on your account. nagg88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared them with a third party.

nagg88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the platform and applies real-time monitoring to detect unusual account activity. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk in respect of any security incidents beyond those directly caused by nagg88's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

nagg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. nagg88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as displayed in your account at the time of transaction. nagg88 does not charge fees on standard deposits made via the supported local payment methods listed above; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which nagg88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity must have been fully verified through the KYC process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• nagg88 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation prior to processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold.
• Processing times vary by payment method; nagg88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, subject to verification status.

nagg88 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

nagg88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all nagg88 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period, after which any unmet bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.
• nagg88 reserves the right to restrict eligible games for bonus wagering purposes. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or abuse a promotion — including through collusion with other players, the use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — will be treated as bonus abuse.
• In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, nagg88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel all associated winnings, and suspend the relevant account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the nagg88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. These game-specific rules are available within each game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that particular game or market.

nagg88 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios and conducted by trained dealers in accordance with the rules of each respective game variant.

nagg88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, manifest pricing error, or any circumstances beyond nagg88's reasonable control. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from a voided bet are not payable.

The result of a sporting event or game outcome as determined by nagg88 and its data providers shall be final and binding, subject only to an official result change communicated by the relevant governing body within the time period specified in the applicable sport-specific rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nagg88 platform. Any user found to be engaging in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one nagg88 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live dealer games, poker variants, or tournament formats.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal financial gain.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward nagg88 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or deposit limit that you have previously set on your own account.

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the nagg88 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, sublicense, or create derivative works from any nagg88 content without the prior written consent of nagg88.

Any unauthorised use of nagg88's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Privacy and Data

nagg88 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and technical issues may affect platform availability. nagg88 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

12 Amendments and Governing Law

Your continued use of the nagg88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
